This map shows all premises in Wales which primarily serve vulnerable groups and which are rated two or below on the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. These premises include schools, colleges, nurseries, playgroups, residential homes, care homes and hospital cafeterias. Under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, premises scoring three and above are classed as ‘broadly compliant’ with food hygiene law. Those classed two or below generally have some problems with non-compliance.
